Services Offered
Royal Wrapz provides:
- Vehicle wraps
- Design-only services
- Installation-only services
Payment Terms
- Wrap projects require a 50% deposit to schedule.
- Remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup.
- Design work requires full payment upfront.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- No-shows will be rescheduled at our next available time.
- Last-minute cancellations result in loss of deposit.
- Additional charges may apply for changes or delays after booking.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide a clean vehicle or surface before install
- Disclose any repainting or non-factory surfaces
- Communicate promptly regarding any changes
Limitations of Liability
Royal Wrapz is not liable for:
- Damage to non-factory paint or repainted areas
- Damage related to removal of graphics we did not install
- Issues caused by old, damaged, or deteriorated wraps
- Delays outside of our control (weather, mechanical issues, etc.)
Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse service if:
- The project is outside our offerings
- The client does not align with our core values (honesty, communication, teamwork, etc.)
Artwork Ownership
- Clients own artwork once it is fully paid for.
- Clients may reuse artwork as desired after payment.
- Royal Wrapz retains all rights to unpaid work.
